For Use of Little & Brave Eco Nappies Website, Birth Club and Ride Share Groups

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Little & Brave Eco Nappies website, www.littleandbrave.co.nz, and affiliated Birth Club and Ride Share groups (both on the website and via social media). Please read them carefully.

By using the Little & Brave Eco Nappies (we, us, our) website and/or joining a Birth Club group, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Little & Brave website Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

We may, from time-to-time, update these documents. Any changes will be posted to the website and are effective from the date they are posted.

Using the Little & Brave Eco Nappies Website
You agree to use our website and affiliated Birth Club and Ride Share groups for lawful purposes only.

If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Little & Brave reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Login details
Your right to use your account is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use your login details either on the website or on any affiliated Birth Club group.

Payment
Payment for product orders from the Little & Brave website must be received in full by credit card before an order can be processed.

Refusal of Sale
Little & Brave reserves the right to refuse a consumer’s offer to buy a product or service. The sale will not be processed. Little & Brave further reserves the right to terminate Drop & Collect or collection services should there be ongoing contamination of a customers collected items.

Goods Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your purchases. Purchases which will be delivered as part of a service offering (such as Drop & Collect) will be delivered as per your delivery notification. All risk of loss, theft or damage to the goods passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery. All goods will be dispatched to the supplied delivery address at the time of order. Little & Brave will take all reasonable care and skill to deliver the goods to the purchaser.

If we are out of stock of an item ordered, a full refund will be made. If you have more than one item on order, we will process the items we do have in stock and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Faulty or damaged goods received by a purchaser will be replaced, or a full refund (less any third-party shipping costs) made using the payment method with which you originally paid, if returned to us within 30 days of order confirmation or where statutory warranties otherwise apply. Items must be returned to despatch address noted on order confirmation. Please include a brief explanation of the fault with your returned item.

Product Descriptions
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of products. However, Little & Brave does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Little & Brave is not as described, you will be required to return the item to us in order to seek a refund.

Third-Party or External Links
Although Little & Brave may offer links to other websites, we are not responsible for the content or information collection policies of other websites. If you visit another website, you should review their privacy and other policies.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed ONLINE ONLY at littleandbrave.co.nz.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only.
Gift Vouchers are valid during sales at the discretion of Little & Brave.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
Little & Brave retains the right to reject any Gift Voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Gift Vouchers are available for product purchases only and cannot be used for services such as Drop & Collect and One-Off Collections.

Submissions to Web or Social Media Accounts
You acknowledge that all materials (including images) submitted by you to our website or affiliated social media accounts (including submissions to promotions and competition) can be used at our discretion.

You grant Little & Brave Eco Nappies the right to use, reproduce, modify, translate and distribute any material you post or submit to any medium.

Please note that information submitted to our Birth Club groups will not be reproduced and is deemed to be privately held within the relevant Birth Club group.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information or material you provide to us:

• Does not violate the copyright or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party; and
• May be used for all purposes reasonably associated with Little & Brave free of copyright or other restrictions.

You agree not to use obscene or offensive language or to submit any material that is, or may potentially be: libellous, abusive or hateful, an invasion of anyone’s privacy, harmful to other users, encourages the spread of false or misleading information, harmful to the business interests of Little & Brave, or encourages conduct that would otherwise violate any local, national or international law or regulation.

You also agree not to submit or post any material which would be deemed to be spam or unauthorised advertising, or to solicit from other users in order to buy or sell any products or services without the prior written consent of Little & Brave Eco Nappies.

We reserve the right to delete or modify any post without prejudice or explanation, if deemed to be in conflict with these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

Monitoring
You acknowledge and agree that we have the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to moderate, review, edit, move or delete any material submitted or posted and may decline to post material to the website, affiliated social media account or any Birth Club group.
In addition, we reserve the right to take such action as it may deem necessary if you misuse the Little & Brave website or fail to abide by these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy, such as cancelling your account or removing you from the relevant Birth Club group.

Competitions and Promotions
Information on prizes and how to enter competitions and prize draws offered from time to time on the website and on our affiliated social media accounts form part of the these Terms & Conditions. Information on competitions and promotions (including prize information, how to enter and prize draws) offered from time to time on our website (or affiliated social media accounts) is included with the separate Terms and Conditions for each competition or promotion.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Little & Brave Eco Nappies and its employees, distributors, agents and representatives and to hold them harmless from any and all claims and liabilities (including fees) which may arise from any submission, from use of material obtained through our website, or from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy, or from any such acts by any person using your login details. You further agree that Little & Brave is not responsible and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any material posted or supplied by others.

Information and Material Appearing on the Website
All information, contents and trademarks appearing on the Little & Brave website is deemed to be copyrighted in its entirety and any material downloaded by you is for personal use only.

Although we take great care with all information presented on the website we cannot guarantee that the material appearing on the website is accurate, truthful, or free from copyright restrictions and therefore cannot give any assurance that such material should or may be freely used.

Information on this website, or affiliated social media platforms, may not be used, published, re-transmitted, copied, or distributed, except by the Copyright Act or other law, without prior written consent from Little & Brave.

You hereby release Little & Brave Eco nappies from any and all liability for all claims related to content and any other items obtained on or through the website or relevant Birth Club or Ride Share group, as well as to the security or level of privacy provided.
